After tons of Formspring questions I'd thought I'd clear some things up.
When someone creates a new "healthy living blog" the first thing that the readers usually assumes is that the blogger has or has had some sort of Eating Disorder or that they all struggle with the same things.
Why you may ask? I do not know.
I have been getting numerous questions about anorexia and eating disorders on my Formspring, as well as different and invasive questions that honestly I find quite ridiculous.
I have not been very open about my "personal life" on my blog, nor do I feel the need to. I will admit I struggle with some things, but some of them have to do with allergies and intolerances.
I do not mind the "what I ate today" questions, because if I help you guys then, that's fantastic!
But, I am currently at the point of maintaining my weight, so please do not use my intake if you are trying to gain.
The other questions, well like I don't know what to say. My experience is not like many others, it is much more medical than mental.
Don't get me wrong, I am willing to help anyone I can! So please Formspring me questions that can benefit you!
If you don't feel comfortable, shoot me a e-mail!
But, some of the questions I get are very invasive and almost rude.
I guess what I am trying to say is, not everyone is the same and not everyone has the same story.
So please do not assume that I have the same situation that another "healthy blogger" has.
On a lighter note, I'll leave you with a recent picture of me in a Canter
(or Horse Back Riding for all you Non-Riders) :P
on my vacation!
P.S: I promise I'll do a more "formal" post later in the week :)
