Hey guys! I promise I'll do a formal post soon :)
Finals are the devil... So I've been studying from dawn to dusk.
No not really :P
But I've been studying a heck of a lot lately!
I just wanted to let you know I DO have a Tumblr set up! I've been doing TONS more posting on there... Actually, I usually post an outfit everyday for those of you who like my fashion :)
So check me out on Tumblr!

A long post! Be sure to read all :)

Omgeezers, can you believe it's been over like 3 weeks since I've last blogged? I feel terrible, sorry all you awesome people who follow my post, but things have been crazy, but in a good way! For the first part, I started up school again after being home schooled for quite sometime. Hence, less time to blog and more homework. The social aspect is fun though!

Secondly, I've been more active! I horseback ride once a week and do various activities like babysitting, working, and going out with friends. I think I've been to the mall like... 5 times this month? (mom please don't me mad) :P
Finally, I forget to upload my  pictures! Which is why I'm thinking of creating a tumblr? Just for day to day blogging and updates! Comment down below if you think it's a good idea!
So here are tons of pictures, which nesessarly isn't a bad thing... is it?
Be sure to read through the whole thing! I posted a couple personal pictures of me as well!
Really random lunch, Tuna mixed with Plain Chobani dipped in Pretzels, Carrots, Green Pepper and Tomato Basil Wheat Thins. SO YUM!
Strawberry Chobani with Crasins and Dried Oats, on the side Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel with Butter and Peanut Butter.
all time classic :)
A little something new! Vans Waffle topped with Strawberry Chobani, Strawberries and Kind Cinnamon Oat Granola.
This is heaven people, pure heaven.
Penne Pasta with Grilled Chicken, Baby Carrots, Tomatoes and Cucumbers. Topped with tons of Butter and Wishbone Italian Dressing. I haven't had this stuff in months, I forgot how good Italian Dressing was!

Tuna on Ezekiel English Muffin, Pumpkin Spice Apple Chips and a Sargento Cheese Stick.
The chips remind me of fall <3
Amy's Veggie Burger on Sandwich Thin,  Newman's Own Pretzels and Chobani Honey-Nana Champions Yogurt.
Little kids have it all, no work, all play, and amazing yogurt :)
Sorry  for the blurry picture! Amy's Baked Ziti Bowl with a Turkey Burger and Salad. This is the BEST Amy's meal YET. And I am a super fan of the Soy Mac and Cheese <3
NEWLARABARS! *PARTYHARD* No, not really. But I was super excited to find the new flavors  in Whole Foods! I picked up the Pineapple one because ANYTHING "Orange Creamsiclish" makes me wanna barf... Don't ask XD
Meet Finnigan! He's one of the beautiful horses I've been riding. And yes, that's me! Please excuse the messy hair and twisted straps of  my shirt, I had just got done with an hour lesson :P

Outfit of Pacsun Bullhead Grey Skinny Jeans, a White Abercrombie Tube Flowy Top and White Lace Abercrombie Sweater. It was a little chilly that day, so I decided to look some-what cute :)
Springy outfit of Pacsun White Lace Top, Abercrombie Navy Tank Top and H&M Blue Floral Maxi Skirt, complete with blue Abercrombie Flipflops... I LOVE THIS OUTFIT!  Like seriously guys, and it was all together only $25! <3

Thanks for sticking through my incredibly long post! Happy warm weather!

A new stable called home :)

On this first day of May I sit here and do my Graphics homework while watching it downpour outside. Isn't it "April showers bring may FLOWERS?" Not rain...

Okay, that was kinda cheesy but in all, I'm sorry I haven't posted lately. My last post was more "stern" than the usually happy-go-lucky me! But I was truly tired of people categorizing me based on everyone else.
In all serious aside, let me catch you up on my life!
I'm happy to say that I have been loving life right now. Horseback riding, shopping, and doing things I haven't been able to do in a while. I'm been on a horse since the age of five, and absolutely love it.
I haven't been able to find a good stable where I live, either they are too snobby, expensive, or just disgusting. I never had found anything "in the middle" until Monday. After a visit to one barn Saturday that ended in chaos I was heartbroken. I cried all the way home while my mother and father comforted me saying that we would soon find a place, it just took time. Well, yesterday I found that place. The new barn I rode at yesterday is everything I could ask for! Clean, professional, and friendly; as well as great riding instructors and fantastic horses. As soon as I got there I saddled up Harry (my horse I was riding) and my instructor was impressed with my knowledge. She assessed my level, as well as offering me a volunteer position for younger riders.
After leaving my mother and I looked at each other with smiles and new that this was the place I'd probably be spending my life at for the next couple of years.
This is me and Harry, with my mom's cell phone being the only way to take a picture
Don't judge the quality :)

In other news,  I'm sure you guys probably want to see some meals. I will be honest, this blog is turning more into a "my life" blog, more than a "healthy living" blog. I will still take pictures of meals! But expect to see more of my interests and all that fun stuff :)
Turkey and Swiss Cheese on a  Deli Flat, Carrots and Baked Snap Pea Crisps.
Oh cheese, why do you bother my stomach so much?

Random outfit of Pacsun Bullhead Skinny Jeans,  Abercrombie White Bandeau Flowy Shirt and a Hollister Pink Cardigann.
Panera Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. I decided to be risky and try the gorgonzola on top...
Bad choice. I was in pain for hours :( It was yummy though!

Another awesome salad consisting of Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers,  Almonds, Peas, and Drew's Organic Cesar Dressing. On the side a Turkey Burger and Ezekiel with Butter.
Cascadian Farm French Vanilla Granola with Chobani and Justin's Hazelnut Butter. Usually I'm not much of a "chocolate lover" but this stuff is really good :)
Pepperidge Farm Whole Wheat Bagel with Almond Butter on one side and Peanut Butter on the other
Chobani Champions Honey-Nana with Strawberries to accompany :)

Robeks Passionfruit Cove Smoothie. SO GOOD <3
A grocery trip of Lunas, Clifs and Larabars, Coconut Cashews, Cocoa Almonds, Soy Delicious Mini's, Apple Chips, Oatmeal, and Van's Belgian Waffles.

Amy's California Veggie Burger on Ezekiel, Baby Carrots and Seneca Cinnamon Apple Chips. It's quite weird. I HATE apples with a burning passion but LOVE them in "chip form"
Maybe it's because the acid-flavoring is gone?
Lastly, Van's Multigrain Belgian Waffles with Peanut Butter, Chobani Champions Honey-Nana,
and a Pear with Cinnamon.
Way to spread the PB Charlotte... it looks like a glob :P

Hope everyone is having an amazing week!
Do any of you horse-back ride? Besides Noelle :)

Just to clear some things up!

After tons of Formspring questions I'd thought I'd clear some things up.
When someone creates a new "healthy living blog" the first thing that the readers usually assumes is that the blogger has or has had some sort of Eating Disorder or that they all struggle with the same things.
Why you may ask? I do not know.
I have been getting numerous questions about anorexia and eating disorders on my Formspring, as well as different and invasive questions that honestly I find quite ridiculous.
I have not been very open about my "personal life" on my blog, nor do I feel the need to. I will admit I struggle with some things, but some of them have to do with allergies and intolerances.
I do not mind the "what I ate today" questions, because if I help you guys then, that's fantastic!
But, I am currently at the point of maintaining my weight, so please do not use my intake if you are trying to gain.
The other questions, well like I don't know what to say. My experience is not like many others, it is much more medical than mental.
Don't get me wrong, I am willing to help anyone I can! So please Formspring me questions that can benefit  you!
If you don't feel comfortable, shoot me a e-mail!
But, some of the questions I get are very invasive and almost rude.
I guess what I am trying to say is, not everyone is the same and not everyone has the same story.
So please do not assume that I have the same situation that another "healthy blogger" has.

On a lighter note, I'll leave you with a recent picture of me in a Canter
(or Horse Back Riding for all you Non-Riders) :P
on my vacation!
P.S: I promise I'll do a more "formal" post later in the week :)

Spring break week!

It's spring break week everyone... and I am totally excited!
I figuredI would blog before I go away on vacation, where you ask?
Well, that is a secret I cannot tell. I wouldn't want someone crazy stalking me would I? :)

It's been super warm here, I've been loving it! I've also been obsessing over college, I'm 2 years away from the "big schools" and want to be as prepared as I can! For a long time I have wanted to be a Pediatric Cardiologist. I have had heart problems since I was a baby (being premature has it's risks)
and am SO inspired by my Cardiologist and Pediatritian who are both totally sweethearts.
My goal is to help kids, and to be successful. Even if it does take 14 years of training :O
Who knows, maybe I'll even get to work at the one and only, St. Jude Children's Center in Memphis.
Let's all hope?
Chocolate Hazelnut Biscotti Granola, Chobani, Almonds, and Flaked Coconut.
Along with a Macbook Charger... Too bad you can't see the Granola very well :(
Grilled Chicken Ceasar Wrap with Drew's Organic, Annie's Cheddar Bunnies, and Baby Carrots.
Omg.  I have been LOVING baby carrots... Maybe because it's springtime? Now I know why Rabbit's love them so much <3
A cute outfit of Abercrombie Kids High Waisted Skirt and a Cream Colored Old Navy Slouchy Sweater.
Simple yet one of my favorite things to wear.
We took Cooper to Lowes to get some topsoil... We ended up not having enough room in the shopping cart so we do what we do best.
Teach him how to surf on bags of dirt XD
A Maranatha Peanut Butter and Blueberry Jelly Sandwich, Honey Bunny Grahams and Baby Carrots.
A true Rabbit inspired Lunch :)
And my new FAVORITE cereal in the world... Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin!
I've always wanted to try this, but stayed clear of the $5-6 price tag. Finally, I caved and bought some and I am HOOKED.
I already bought another box of Almond Ezekiel :)
Chicken and Vegetable Potstickers, Peas, and Bread with Butter. I think there is some Olive Oil in there as well :)
I forgot I had these in the freezer since like February... Don't worry! They were still good.
and delicious <3
I am also doing a report in History, hence the "boring looking" book next to it.

Hope everyone had a good week, I know I will!
Bye for  now :)

Almonds, almonds, and absence.

Long time no see? I actually, wasn't going to blog, but got requested to on formspring :)
Why you ask? Well first. it's extremely hard to blog on my computer. My keypad is broken so it's very hard to use it. Apple however won't cover this damage... So as a result I will be switching off between my Macbook and iPad for the next two years.
Second, I haven't really felt like blogging...Gosh! That sounds horrible. Maybe it's just a phase, we can all hope right?
Anyways, here's some random pictures to fill you in of my absence <3
This was pretty cool. Dry Oatmeal with Various Almonds, Planter's Antioxidant Mix, Blueberries, and Plain Chobani.
Very thick! A little too filling for me though.
More Almonds and A Chocolate Dipped Coconut Luna Bar were also eaten after going to the dentist. Yes, I did wait the 30 minutes like everyone else does :)
Barbara's Snicker doodle Snackimals are so totally COOL. And even better with milk, remember what I said awhile back... Eat the head first so the animal does not suffer! :P
I also got a new "Yoga" bag at Old Navy!
Fun Fact: I am half french, therefore I am immediately drawn to all things France looking...
Hence  J'adore Paris <3
Sol Burger on a Pepperidge Farm Honey Wheat Sandwich Thin, Sweet Potato and Beet Chips and a String Cheese.
String Cheese are the shiz, you just peel them and your good-to-go! :)
Kinda like a Banana? I think not.
Strawberry-Banana Chobani with Almonds... I'm not obsessed. XD
And a Peanut Butter Cookie Larabar on the way to the mall. Which counts as my Peanut Butter for this post!
With my beloved Coach Purse, even though the zipper broke :(
Amy's Spinach Tortelini... SO GOOD.
With Peas, Chicken, Spinach, and tons of Olive Oil.Looks like a mess of green slime...
Healthy Fats FTW! <3
And I'll leave you with a picture of the fur-ball laying on MY pink blanket.
Now it probably smells of dog... Oh well :P
His ears look like Dumbo The Flying Elephant.

Thats about it! Hopefully I'll blog sooner, maybe some cute spring fashions?
You know you want to see more of my adorable dresses :P

A yogurt-y affair.

Okay, I seriously feel like skipping about right now... Why you ask?
1. I finished State Testing!
2. It was 80 degrees today.
3. I have an excuse to go and buy a new pair of Abercrombie flipflops... My other ones are "worn out" XD

I don't know about you guys but nice weather just makes me wanna sing :) But, I think I have been blogging about warm weather for the past 3 weeks. Lets get onto something different shall we?
Like the fact that I came home one morning and found this little guy curled up in the sheets.
Caught red handed buddy... Even if you are cute <3
Or that I went into Whole Foods  for one item only... Yogurt. What did I come out with $20 dollars later?
Amy's Toaster Pops, Vegetable Lasanga, Almonds, Luna Chocolate Dipped Coconut, and Chobani Vanilla and Plain.
I think they purposely draw you in with color packaging... I blame the companies :)
I also found these guys... Annie's Gingersnap Bunnies! You all know me and my Ginger/Cinnamon obsession. Well, this just adds to the madness. Plus, they are shaped like little rabbits! Remember boys  and girls, eat the heads first so the bunny doesn't suffer in pain. Same goes with Animal Crackers.
A random snack,  So Delicious Coconut Yogurt and Archer Farms Monster  Trail Mix.
I told you this post was going to be filled with yogurt.
Kashi Vanilla Hot Cereal, Slivered Almonds, A Nectarine, Almond Butter and Cinnamon.
Love this stuff! But, I must say I've already used 3 packets because I blew up the first 2 in the microwave....
Shhh. Don't tell my mommy :)
Tuna and Swiss Cheese with Lettuce on Ezekiel Bread, Cinnamon Stix Wheat Thins and Coconut Milk. Wow. Wheat Thins that are not square shaped? Hello 2012.  You must try these though! Kinda like a "cinnamon pretzel" but I guess healthier?
Chobani Strawberry Yogurt, Cascadian Farms French Vanilla Granola, Strawberries, Almonds, and Maranantha Peanut Butter. Awesome yogurt mess guys... Pure awesomeness.
Up close. Personal. And in your face  :P
To round everything off with a good measure. Siggi''s Yogurt with 2 White Chocolate Macadamia Nuts Pepperidge Farm Tahoe Cookies... Say that two times fast without stopping!
I'm kinda weird and take the wrapper off my Yogurt so I can stick it in the microwave. Which is why every post in a white container of "mystery" :P

That's all for now! Let's pray to god that this warm weather will STAY.
So I can post some more cute outfits? :)
